Scorpion Ranch dock | Cavern Point | Montañon Ridge Trail

How we got there: Island Packers ferry from Ventura, CA to Scorpion Bay, Santa Cruz Island.
Favorites:
- Loop hike via Smugglers Cove Road and Scorpion Canyon Trail, 4.5-mile loop with a side trail option to continue higher toward Montañon Ridge.
- Cavern Point Loop, 2-mile loop to edge of a tall bluff overlooking Santa Barbara Channel.
Tips:There is a huge variety of activities available across several islands, do research to find the best experience for you. Stay away from seasick people on the boat.
