Virginia Kendall area | Brandywine Falls | Ledges Trail
Date of Visits: July 25, 2010
How we got there: Drove from Pittsburgh, about two hours. Part of a 2,800 mile road trip through Canada and the US.
Favorites:
- Brandywine Falls – Beautiful 65-foot waterfall viewable from a boardwalk.
- Ledges area hike – dense forest area with a viewpoint that looks over the river valley and interesting rock formations.
Tips: Makes an easy day trip from a stay in Cleveland or a quick stop while zipping through Ohio on I-80.
Next time: Bike the Ohio and Erie Towpath Canal Trail
